Bechem United FC and Diaspora Africa Forum in collaboration with Miracle Africa International Foundation organized the Maiden Annual Football Tournament dubbed Education This initiative, among others, seeks to empower and equip young and talented players with the requisite skills and knowledge to make them competitive on the world stage. Four outstanding football players received Education Through Sports scholarships, which were donated to these four players by Delta United Group, through Miracle Africa International Foundation, a special thank you to Mr. Sabri Rezk CEO of Delta United Group!. Plots of land also were given by the Chief of Bechem, Nana Fosu Gyeabour Akoto II, to three of the players, and to Hafiz Konkoni and Kofi Agbesimah, the captain of Bechem United FC. The team’s manager, Emmanuel Amoako- Gyampoh, also received a plot of land, and a new car. MAIF, DAF and Bechem FC intend for this ground-breaking tournament to take place on an annual basis.
